Research
I didn't start with researching the segment, I was approached with problem statements by a seasoned nutritionist.
Her persona:
Not tech-savy at all.
Working as a solo practitioner.
Wants to build trust and authority with patients
Couldn’t scale consultations efficiently despite demand.
Co design
Translate a paper plan into a minimal component
Share on WhatsApp and collect feedback quickly
Adjust and ship the next version
This is how I received the requirements
Constant Feedback

Impact
Challenge
Balancing speed with depth, AI made iteration fast, but ensuring the outputs were thoughtful, cohesive, and user-friendly required me to slow down and refine constantly.
Surprise
User testing really shapes the product, buidling in isolation, versus co designing with ICP, is really differnet
Insight
A quiet interface beats feature density. Users were willing to switch from legacy software just because of better UX
Skills learnt
AI design and build pipelines,
RBAC thinking, and outcome focused product copy.
End-to-end product thinking
User testing, analytics
Designing with existing libraries.
