Analysis

Looked at every flow, every interaction, every illustration, icon, visual style of top 4 competitors to get the best of all.

Collating data

Analyzed thousands of app store reviews for apps in our niche, to understand features, complains, compliments from actual users.

How did it help?
The insights were used to shape the UI, include/ exclude features and prevent broken flows.

Future Scope

Future Scope

  1. I was part of the app building for 2 months, some flows are incomplete and need to cemented.

  2. External testing, the app was tested only internally in the designer's teams and company's CEO and doctors

  3. Prioritize plan adherence, and maybe introduce gamification for the same.

Learnings!

Learnings!

Challenge

  • Designing an app only on basis of secondary research.

  • Working on a application alone, with guidance but no design support.

Surprise

The amount of questions, details for skin care are insane!

The depth of the all in one application.

Insight

Bending the design process as per the requirements is a must, and early testing is non negotiable.

Skills learnt

Working in a agile environment, in small startup.

Polished UI and prototyping skills, learnt developer handoff.
