Looked at every flow, every interaction, every illustration, icon, visual style of top 4 competitors to get the best of all.
Collating data
Every week we had meetings with the CEO and the senior designer to bounce of ideas, re look, add, delete the content and work towards the concept

Entire App
I was part of the app building for 2 months, some flows are incomplete and need to cemented.
External testing, the app was tested only internally in the designer's teams and company's CEO and doctors
Prioritize plan adherence, and maybe introduce gamification for the same.
Challenge

The amount of questions, details for skin care are insane!

Bending the design process as per the requirements is a must, and early testing is non negotiable.
